48 hour window on electronics
Test your console or device as soon as you receive it. Report any fault within 48 hours with a short video and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Exchanges
Unopened items in original packaging can be exchanged within 7 days. Opened game discs and digital codes cannot be returned once revealed.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back the way you paid. Mobile money refunds return to the number that paid; crypto refunds go to the wallet the payment came from.
