How long does delivery take?
Same day to one working day in Bamenda, one to two days to Douala and Yaounde, and two to four days to other regions. Pre-orders follow the container timeline shown on the product page.
What is a pre-order item?
A pre-order is a unit arriving with our next container. You reserve it now with a deposit and settle the balance when it lands.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number, tracking number, email or phone number.
Payments
Can I pay with MTN or Orange Money?
Yes. Choose Mobile Money (instant) at checkout and you are taken to a secure Fapshi page — approve the prompt on your phone and your order updates itself.
Can I pay with cryptocurrency?
Yes. Pick a wallet at checkout, send the exact amount shown to the address displayed, then paste your transaction hash. We confirm it on-chain and update your order.
Can I pay a deposit and the rest later?
On pre-orders, yes. Pay the deposit at checkout and settle the balance any time from the Complete Payment page using your order number.
Products
Are your consoles new or used?
Both, and every listing says which. New units are sealed. Pre-owned units are tested, cleaned and sold with our shop warranty stated on the product page.
Wholesale
Do you sell wholesale?
We do. Products with bundle options show a per-unit wholesale price once you reach the minimum quantity. Message us on WhatsApp for larger quantities.
